Smoking Meats Evening
Friday August 23rd
Our first official event will be: "Smoking Meats" held on Friday, August 23rd @ 6pm. This special evening will include two cigars, four one-ounce bourbon pours from Tom's "secret stash" accompanied by mouthwatering tender short ribs, polenta with seasonal vegetable and house made roll and salad. Dessert will be our favorite, organic rainbow carrot cake. This evening's cost is $85 plus tax and gratuity. Bourbon pours can be substituted with a wine flight...full bar service will be available.
